Returns and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return the goods for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible. To start a return, please email info@webgardencentre.com.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping, so we recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.

If preferred, we can organise the return for you:

  • • Parcel courier returns: £15.00
  • • Pallet courier returns: £80.00

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@webgardencentre.com with details. If your claim is valid, we will offer either a full refund or replacement free of charge. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. If your refund hasn’t arrived within 2–3 working days, please contact us.

Returns Policy for Locally Delivered Items

Right to cancel: If you cancel before your order has been processed, you are entitled to a full refund, including our standard rate delivery costs.

Damaged or faulty goods: Please inspect your goods immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged or not as described, refuse the delivery and inform both the driver and us immediately. Once accepted after inspection, returns are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of the goods.

14-day cooling-off period: Perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law.

If refusing damaged or faulty goods:

  • • Inspect the goods on arrival.
  • • If they are faulty or damaged, refuse to accept them.
  • • Goods are returned with the delivery driver.
  • • A full refund will be issued, including our standard delivery fee.

You are responsible for return costs, and goods must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Any loss in value due to handling may be deducted from your refund. Due to the specialist nature of tree deliveries, typical return costs are approximately £110.
