If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return the goods for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to the perishable nature of the product, it is recommended to get in touch as soon as possible. To start a return, you can contact us at are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. 

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. If preferred we can organise the collection and return. If your order was delivered via a parcel courier service this can be booked at a cost of £15.00. If your order was delivered via pallet courier service this can be booked at a cost of £80.00. 

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

If an item is found to be defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item please send an email to If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods and their failure to meet specification in accordance with the contract. We can arrange for either a refund of the price of the goods or replacement goods free of charge.
