*Christmas Delivery Terms and Conditions: All purchases from the Christmas collection must be placed before midday on the 20th of December for delivery between the 14th-21st December 2025. Web Garden Centre cannot be held responsible for delays incurred through courier or postal services, however, we will do all possible to assist in these situations. Tracking will be provided.

Standard Courier Delivery (Small and Medium Plants)

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (unless otherwise stated) and sent via a tracked 24-hour delivery service with either DHL or APC.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed.

If you have specific delivery instructions or would like your order left with a neighbour, please include these details when ordering. Amendments to delivery instructions may not be possible once the order is processed.

Note: Orders placed after 9am on Thursdays during summer will be dispatched the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Pallet Service Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent via a 24-hour pallet delivery service.

Please provide a contact number to assist with courier communication.

For large quantity orders (e.g. pallet deals), dispatch may take up to 10 working days, depending on stock availability.

Important: We deliver only to mainland UK addresses. Due to Brexit, delivery to Northern Ireland is currently unavailable.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes smaller plants alongside larger trees, we can either:

• Deliver the smaller items separately via courier
• Send everything together with your tree delivery

Large Item Delivery

We offer specialist tree delivery within a 90-mile radius of Sway, New Forest. Whether you're ordering a single feature tree or multiple trees for screening, our team ensures careful, reliable delivery every time.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to postcodes within a 90-mile driving distance of Sway, New Forest.

If you’re just outside the zone, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to help. To check your area, use the delivery checker at checkout or message us directly.

Delivery Timing & Scheduling

We deliver weekly, using optimised routing for efficiency. You’ll receive a confirmation call the week before and a delivery alert on the day.

Delivery is typically within 7–15 working days, though it may extend up to a month during busy periods.

Delivery Access & Unloading

Deliveries are made to the front of your property, kerbside, or driveway. Please ensure clear, solid access for unloading (no gravel or soft surfaces).

Note that trees may weigh between 25–100kg. Please plan accordingly for moving them once delivered.

No-Fuss Drop-Off Option

If you can’t be home for delivery, we can leave your trees in a safe, sheltered area with your permission. Photo confirmation will be provided.

Missed Delivery

If delivery fails due to lack of access or authorisation, a redelivery fee of £110 will apply.
