Parcel courier delivery Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and sent on a tracked 24 hour delivery service, with either DHL or APC. Tracking number is provided once the order has been processed.
If you wish for your order to be left with a neighbour or have any specific delivery instructions please make a note when ordering. Please be aware that once your order has been processed we are not able to make any amendments to the delivery address or add delivery instructions.
Orders taken from 9am on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday, to avoid being held up in the warehouse over the weekend.
Pallet service delivery For large quantity order, e.g. pallet deals, please allow up to 10 working days to dispatch as we dispatch subject to stock availability. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and sent on a 24 hour pallet delivery service. Please ensure to provide contact number which can be passed onto the courier in case they have any questions regarding the delivery. Please note at this current time we are only able to dispatch orders to Mainland UK addresses. Due to new Brexit regulations we are no longer able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
