Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) and sent on a tracked 24 hour delivery service, with either DHL or APC. Tracking number is provided once the order has been processed.

If you wish for your order to be left with a neighbour or have any specific delivery instructions please make a note when ordering. Please be aware that once your order has been processed we may not be able to make any amendments to the delivery address or add delivery instructions.

During the summer months, orders taken from 9am on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday, to avoid being held up in the warehouse over the weekend.

Pallet service delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and sent on a 24 hour pallet delivery service. Please ensure to provide a contact number which can be passed onto the courier in case they have any questions regarding the delivery.

For large quantity orders, e.g. pallet deals, please allow up to 10 working days to dispatch as we dispatch subject to stock availability.

Please note at this current time we are only able to dispatch orders to Mainland UK addresses. Due to new Brexit regulations we are no longer able to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Returns and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return the goods for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to the perishable nature of the product, it is recommended to get in touch as soon as possible. To start a return, you can contact us at info@webgardencentre.com. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. If preferred we can organise the collection and return. If your order was delivered via a parcel courier service this can be booked at a cost of £15.00. If your order was delivered via pallet courier service this can be booked at a cost of £80.00.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

If an item is found to be defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item please send an email to info@webgardencentre.com. If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods and their failure to meet specification in accordance with the contract, we can arrange for either a refund of the price of the goods or replacement goods free of charge. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received it after 2-3 working days, please contact us at info@webgardencentre.com.
